| Help Dangerous Ink Magazine |
[Jun. 16th, 2009|09:19 am] |
The UK arts magazine Dangerous Ink ( http://www.dangerousink.co.uk )is having a spot of financial trouble and may have to stop trading. This would be a shame as there will then only be Juxtapoz and High Fructose left covering this area of art. And it's the only UK magazine...
They are having a sale of donated artworks on Ebay by the likes of Chet Zar, Gary Baseman, Liz McGrath to raise funds to keep the printers rolling. Pop over and check it out and maybe put down some cash to help them out. http://myworld.ebay.com/dangerous-ink-magazine
Or go to their site and buy some mags or prints direct from them.
Its a great magazine you wont regret picking one or two up.. |

*Warning* Shipping to the USA and that side of the world is a bit steep due to their heavy nature. I got it quoted and thats just how it is sorry.
Got a small problem with the other versions which will mean they are added to the store at a later date. Sorry. Original version will the cheaper. But I dont have the bulk of my shipment of those yet.

| London Dunny toys launch show............... |
[Jan. 7th, 2009|04:03 pm] |
Ok I have just booked tickets for a flying visit to London. Not been since 2005 if you can believe that..
I will be there just 24 hours for a release party for a new "Dunny" toy range I have a couple of designs in (Including a Rupture piece and a Greenman....pics coming real soon).
The do is in the "Wonder room" at Selfridges on Oxford street (Bond Street end if i recall correctly) on Thursday 22nd Jan from 5pm to about 8pm ish I believe... Its open to the public and the area that is being set up for the show by Kidrobot (the New York company running the gig), will stay up for about a month..
So come on down and join in the shinanigans, meet lots of artists, look at the art and the toys, maybe buy something, maybe get some freebies.
There are whispers of an afterparty and I know Kidrobot do like to throw big flash events so who knows what they have planned... Not me for sure.. |

[Oct. 13th, 2008|09:49 am] |
I see this morning that this page has been infiltrated by adverts. After I was assured that this package would never have adverts on it.
So I apologise if you cannot read the text as the whole page layout has been thrown off now due to these unwanted interlopers...
Rest assured I will be looking for a new News Blogger to replace this infected one so you will not have to suffer garbage.
Oh how i hate the ruination of the web with SO MUCH Damned advertising... |

| Drawing commissions |
[Sep. 24th, 2008|06:42 pm] |
I have decided to set a cut off date for drawing commissions to the end of this month. If you want something you need to email me before the 1st or October.
I am just working through the second batch right now and only want to do one batch more this round. I have loads of other stuff I need to do. I will probably open the drawings list again in the future when i get a time pocket free but I dont know when that will be right now. |
